Pooja Hegde is a model and
actress from India. A former beauty pageant fighter, was crowned the second
finalist in Miss Universe India 2010, before moving on to make her debut as an
actress in Tamil cinema superhero Mysskin Mugamoodi (2012). It provided for in the Telugu film Oka Laila
Kosam and Mukunda (2014), while the session as the lead actress in the next
adventure Ashutosh Gowariker, Mohenjo Daro (2016).

Early life
Pooja Hegde was born and raised
in Mumbai, Maharastra, while the cradle of his family Udupi, Karnataka. Her
mother tongue is Tulu, as she speaks to speak as English, Kannada and Hindi. During his time in college, she revealed that
she has earned the trust, help with business ecommerce his mother, improving
your networking skills. Besides, she tried to enter regular intercollegiate
competitions, participating in dance and fashion.
Career
Pooja Hegde participated in the
Miss India 2009, but was eliminated in the first round despite winning the
honor Talented Miss India 2009. She reapplied the next year and was the
runner-up in the Miss Universe 2010 in India while crowned Miss South India
2010 Glamorous Hair subsidiary jurisdiction. She made her acting debut in the
Tamil film Mugamoodi superhero Mysskin (2012) opposite Jiiva, portray the main
female character of Shakti, a girl who likes to have fun that inspires the male
protagonist to change their vision of society. She was selected after Mysskin had seen stills
success of the parade and helped Hegde practicing Tamil dialogue for the film
to write and memorize English words, adding that the similarity between Tamil
and their mother tongue Tulu has also been helpful. Before the release, the
film has generated great expectations after the novel being a superhero in
Tamil films and the movie had a big opening at the box office in August 2012.
However, film received mixed to negative reviews from critics, which hinders
their progress, and the film eventually became a commercial surprising failure.
The performance Hegde has also received mixed reviews with a critical Sify.com
citing that it was "disappointed" but a daily critique of The Hindu
said: "There is not much room for display of talent. " She won a
nomination for Best Female Debut Tamil Actress second South Indian
International Movie Awards, but lost to Lakshmi Menon.
Their second release of the film,
the Telugu film Oka Kosam Laila (2014) had the opposite Naga Chaitanya. After a
short break after Mugamoodi, she revealed that the leading film production
company and the success of the previous entrepreneur Vijay Konda, she had led
the work on the project. She undertook Telugu lessons to help portray the
female lead. She is also currently filming opposite Varun Tej beginner Mukunda,
nephew of actor Chiranjeevi. Romantic work history, set in the context of a
people, will be published at the end of 2014.
In July 2014, Hegde terms agreed
to make her Bollywood debut opposite Hrithik Roshan in Ashutosh's next film
Moenjodaro Gowariker period in the context of the Indus civilization. She was
selected after the woman Gowariker had seen an ad and called for the hearing,
which was successfully completed. Because of his commitment to the film, she
revealed that she would take a break from what appears in regional Indian films
until the release of his film in Hindi and rejected the possibility to work in
a film directed by Mani Ratnam.
