Priyamani (born June 4, 1984) is
an Indian actress and model who appears mainly in the films made in South
India.
Priyamani was born in a Brahmin
Tamil family with roots in Palakkad and raised in Bangalore. She made her debut
as an actress in the 2003 film directed by Telugu Evare Atagaadu P Bhanu
Shankar. She made her debut in Tamil and Malayalam films in 2004 with Kangalal
Kaidhu Sei and Satyam, respectively. She broke into the big leagues with the
2006 Telugu film Pellaina Kothalo. The film was a surprise hit and brought
instant fame to actress struggling.
In 2007, Priyamani won wide
recognition for his daughter of the village Muththazhagu role in the Tamil film
Paruthiveeran, receiving the National Film Award for Best Actress and the state
of Tamil Nadu Film Award for Best Actress for her performance. During the same
year, a commercial success in the Telugu film directed by SS Rajamouli Yamadonga.
In 2008, Priyamani received critical
acclaim for his role in the film Malavika Thirakkatha Malayalam written and
directed by Ranjith. The following year,
she made her debut in the movie Raam Kannada, which was a commercial and
critical success. Priyamani debut in Hindi cinema with the bilingual Mani
Ratnam in Tamil and Hindi, titled Raavan and Raavanan respectively. In 2012,
the Siamese twins portrait in the multilingual Chaarulatha film based on the
Thai film Sola won critical acclaim.
Early life
Priyamani was born a Vasudeva Mani
Mani and Latha for Tamil Brahmin family in Bangalore, Karnataka, where he grew
up. She is the granddaughter of Carnatic singer Kamala Kailas. She was educated in Sri Aurobindo Memorial
School and attended Bishop Cotton Women JC Road college. After completing his studies, Priyamani
modeled for print ads. Hindi actress Vidya Balan is her cousin.
Priyamani is currently pursuing a
degree in psychology degree.
Career
Early career
Priyamani debuted with the Telugu
film Evare Atagaadu. He then made his debut in the Malayalam film industry with
Satyam, but this film directed poorly at the box office. It was signed by the director of Tamil cinema
and photography Balu Mahendra to act in the drama of Adhu Oru Kana Kaalam 2005.
Before liberation, Babith says "Priyamani came with an excellent
performance in the film. His performance would widely acclaimed. " Adhu
Oru Kana Kaalam was critically acclaimed, but failed at the box office.
However, she won praise for her performance in the film. in 2006, played Priyamani telugu Pellaina

Priyamani managed to prove their

It was another successful film
commercially in Telugu in the 2007 film Yamadonga and the film Tamil Malaikottai. She again
received critical acclaim in 2008 for her role in the film Malayalam
Thirakkatha in which he played a troubled history based on the real life of the
actress in fine paper Srividya. She won another Filmfare Award for her
performance. in Tamil, which had only one exit in 2008: Thotta.
In 2009, he had two Tamil press,
